Add a new entry to ASEdb

Mutations in ASEdb are linked to both a reference ID number and a system ID number. These will be assigned when you enter the reference and the system below. If, however, you are entering additional mutations from a reference or for a system already in ASEdb, you can specify a previous system ID and/or reference ID in the spaces provided.

Once you add a reference and a system, the reference and system IDs will be remembered while you are in the entry adding section. To ensure that they are remembered, navigate using the buttons provided. If you leave the entry adding section of the website, they will be lost. Therefore, we recommend that you make note of them for future reference, in case you want to add further mutations in the future.
