Spectral Confocal
This laser scanning confocal microscope is capable of 32 channel wide-band spectral imaging and thin optical sectioning useful for 3D reconstruction. Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) experiments are also possible with three laser lines- 405nm, 488nm, 561nm.
Differential interference contrast (DIC) is also possible with this microscope.
